Royal Bank of Scotland loans are only available to existing current account customers. You must be over 18 and a resident of the United Kingdom. APRs are subject to change without notice, but once the APR is agreed it will not alter throughout the term of your loan. Please note that discount usually available to Royalties, Royalties Gold, Royalties Premier and Royalties Private customers does not apply to our online rates.
Money in your account next day applies to existing Royal Bank of Scotland Digital Banking customers who apply between 6.30am and 5.55pm Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). For customers who meet all of our credit requirements, have their loan application accepted and select to complete their loan documentation online, the loan funds will be available next working day from 9.00am.
System updates will mean that our internet and telephone banking services are unavailable for short periods in the early hours of the morning.

Loanguard
The policy document L419 explains how to make a claim and details the full complaints procedure in the event of a dispute. Insurance companies share information with each other to prevent fraudulent claims via a register of claims and Insurance Hunter, a central insurance application and claims checking database. A list of participants and the name and address of the operator is available on request from the insurer.
